What makes your heart race? What do you do that makes you lose track of time? What is your reoccurring dream? What is something that scares you but you also want to experience? These are the magical ingredients of an adventure list. So, what makes our adventure list any different than a bucket list or a 30 before 30 type list? The adventure list is all about living in the now rather than lofty goals or plans that you feel will take years to execute or accomplish. How can I make my life more adventurous today? The heart of our adventure lists are rooted deeply in the NOW. Small things that can be accomplished today peppered in with those big life goals that may take a bit longer.  When I started to think about all the adventures I wanted to have it gave me goose bumps which is always a really good sign. I felt even more alive just writing down the things that scared me, drew me closer, or challenged me. Did you know that when you write something down you are 8x more likely to accomplish said goal? Now imagine that the goal is something super fun you want to experience like stilt walking or circus classes. (Yes that made the list for me)  So what is on your adventure list? Won't you share? We want to hear about your adventures. The things you want to do or have done that made you feel ALIVE, free, wild, YOU!
