Self-Love matters because in order to fully be aligned with the soul's offerings, one must practice a deep self-love for the mind, body, and soul to remain grounded and rooted to have the courage to offer up your gifts to the earth community.

Hoop Dancing, Ecstatic Dance, Reading a book, laughing, being out in nature, spending time with close girlfriends that love me, spending time with my beau my life partner and cuddling. Teaching hoop dance, dancing in the center of your joy.
